The Des Moines Metro Opera, the largest professional arts group in Iowa, now in our 40th Anniversary season, is pleased to announce that our warehouse of sets is open.

The sets were designed for our home theatre in the Blank Performing Arts Center on the campus of Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. The Pote stage has a variable proscenium width from 40 feet to 56 feet and is 22 feet high. From the proscenium to the back wall is 28 feet and it has a 50 foot clearance to the grid. If your stage has similar dimensions, chances are that these sets could "fit" your needs as well as your budget. Des Moines Metro Opera is located 12 miles south of Des Moines, Iowa and has easy access to both I-80 and I-35.
