The OPERAtors

The OPERAtors, Des Moines Metro Opera’s group for newcomers to opera who are interested in food, wine, networking, their community, music and otherwise just having a good time, all while learning more about this dynamic artform.

The OPERAtors' signature event is Vino & Verdi, a chance for the group to get together to celebrate the kickoff of the opera season in June. Join us for a wine reception, a backstage tour and an opportunity to watch the opera rehearsal progress.

The OPERAtors is part of Opera America's Young Friends of Opera program. Our members can receive discounts from other member companies when they travel! Visit Opera America's website to learn more.
