The Mascheranda Gala Ball Don't miss it!You're Invited!
Tickets are $200 per person or $125 for patrons 35 and younger. You won't want to miss Des Moines Metro Opera's traditional masked ball--all the fun of Mardi Gras and Carnevale celebrations in Venice, Rio de Janeiro and New Orleans complete with masks and costumes! The evening will include dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions, performances by DMMO artists and other surprises. The silent auction will feature original works of art and inspired by masks, created just for this event.These items include:
We encourage all of our guests to dress in masquerade ball attire (a period costume, for example; check out the links below) or to dress in formal black-tie attire and add a mask and perhaps a cape. A limited number of masks will be availalbe for purchase at the Mascheranda Ball, if you would like to reserve one, just let us know by calling (515) 961-6221.
